I’m so glad you’re here.

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, healing from past experiences, or supporting your teen through a difficult season, taking this step matters. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood.

Meet Agnes Rosa, LPC

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens, young adults, and adults. I specialize in trauma-informed care and supporting clients through life’s challenges with compassion and clarity.

My passion for trauma-focused work comes from both my professional background and personal experiences. Working in social services opened my eyes to how deeply life experiences can shape a person — and how important it is that clients are met with empathy, grace, and genuine care. I believe healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a calm space where you can move at a pace that feels safe. Together, we focus on building resilience, strengthening coping skills, and working toward meaningful growth and restoration.

Who I Work With

I feel especially called to supporting teenagers and young adults, as they navigate identity, relationships, emotional stress, and the impact of difficult experiences. I also work with adults who are ready to process the past and move forward with greater peace and confidence.

Bilingual & Culturally Responsive Care

Therapy is available in both English and Spanish. I am committed to creating a culturally sensitive environment where you can express yourself freely in the language that feels most natural to you.

Servicios de terapia disponibles en español e inglés.
